Returns & Exchanges

What's your return/exchange policy?

Change of mind and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items purchased are final. 

We do not accept returns from third party vendors.

All returns must meet the following criteria:

- Unworn and in original condition
- Without evidence of wear or damage (in its original condition)
- Inside original packaging (microfiber, pouch, and boxes)

We are not responsible for increased shipping prices due to changes in packaging (in other words, please ship the item back in its original shipping box). We reserve the right to deny the return and ship the item back if it doesn't meet our return requirements.

How do I care for my product?

Gold Vermeil

Because vermeil’s base metal (sterling silver) contains copper, over time your piece may show spots of discoloration due to the copper content. This isn’t an indication of poor quality—it’s a natural occurrence with the metal.

Here's how to take care of your piece:

- Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions, sunscreens, and sprays.

- Excessive water accelerates tarnishing, so remember to remove your piece before swimming, showering, or washing your hands!

- Hitting the gym? Remember to safely store your piece before getting your sweat on.

- Store your gold-plated jewelry in its pouch or box to avoid tarnishing and scratches from other pieces.

- Clean your piece by gently rubbing and polishing with the soft cloth included in your order (yay).

Do you offer a warranty/guarantee?

Every purchase includes a 6 month warranty, effective date of purchase, which covers manufacturing faults/defects in the product. Repairs or replacement will be determined once the item has been proven by our jewelers to be faulty.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?

Gold Vermeil

Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. The Federal Trade Commission sets strict standards for anything to be classified as gold vermeil—the gold must be at least 10K (we use 18K) layered over .925 sterling silver with a minimum thickness of 2.5 microns.

Where is your jewelry made?

The majority of our pieces are made Thailand and Italy. A small portion of our materials are sourced from other locations by our manufacturers. All of our pieces are packaged and sent from our warehouse in NY.

What is your commitment to sustainability?

We only use 100% recycled gold for our gold vermeil pieces. We are working toward greater sustainability in our sterling sources and aiming to achieve 100% recycled practices in our sterling silver by the end of 2023.

Do you offer any special packaging for gifts?

Currently, we do not offer any additional packaging options for gifts. Our packaging is extra beautiful so it’s a special experience whether you’re gifting it to yourself, or a loved one!
